As we have a small kitchen team, so rely on bookings and have a limited nightly capacity.
Our food selection has been carefully curated to offer the perfect mix of options for all ages, tastes and preferences. Our new dinner menu is designed to match our wholesome country house vibes and leave guests full and content after a day of adventuring.
Our dishes have been carefully created to offer something for everyone, including children, those with specific dietary requirements and also to suit larger groups.
We are perfectly located for a delicious treat or a refreshing drink after a long walk on the fells. Choose from our relaxing bar, our casual light-filled dining room or outside on the terrace. Wherever you choose fabulous fell views are guaranteed!
We offer a wide selection of tea, coffee and soft drinks alongside our well-stocked bar with local draft ales, premium lagers and ciders, wines and spirits. Join us for coffee and home-made cakes. Hot drinks are also available to take-away.
We can provide a delicious packed lunch if you want to head out exploring – we’ll be happy to suggest some local walks too. We are very happy to accommodate any special dietary requirements, just ask.
We try to use local suppliers wherever possible with seriously good tea and coffee from local roasters Carvetii.
