With the same emphasis on local and seasonal produce used in our fine dining menus, Chef Robert Stacey has created some mouth-watering dishes from tasty Sunday Roasts (coming early Spring) to everyday favourites all using the best quality ingredients & locally sourced fresh produce.
Whilst Lancrigg continues to focus on its vegetarian roots, we will be introducing carefully chosen meat dishes on to our new menus and are happy to cater for all specialist dietary requirements as all our food is produced fresh to order. At Lancrigg we want all our guests to feel welcomed and catered for, as they would have been 100 years ago.
